A comedy showcase by 3 British/Iranian comedians, Patrick Monahan, Peyvand Khorsandi and Sam Farzaneh. The comedy show will be held twice on the same night, at the glamorous venue of Voodoo Rooms. Refreshments can be bought at the various bars at the Voodoo Rooms before and after each show.

Patrick Monahan - پاتریک موناهن
Patrick was born in 1976 in Ahvaz, Iran and is an Irish-Iranian stand-up comedian. He has performed at seven Edinburgh Fringe Festivals, including five solo shows. His warm and friendly storytelling style has been developed through performing many shows around the UK and across the globe in countries from Germany, Greece, Monaco, and UAE. He has been on 'The Paul O'Grady Show' live on C4'. He has been on Tommy Holgate's list from The Sun newspaper for the Top 10 Comedians to lookout for 2010.

Peyvand Khorsandi -پیوند خرسندی
Peyvand Khorsandi is an Iranian-born journalist and a stand-up comedian who lives in London.
He is the borther of the popular stand-up comedian Shappi Khorsandi, and is also a writer on
Radio 4 show "Shappi Talk". Comedy seems to run in the blood of the Khorsandi family! This
will be Peyvand's first appearance in the Iranian Festival and in Edinburgh.

Sam is a professional journalist, working for
the BBC World Service and an exciting
newcomer to stand-up comedy.

stories of his childhood and also stories from his motherland, Iran.
